OUR CLASSES

Our members value an environment that is safe, supportive, non-judgmental and non-intimidating—with a community that’s welcoming and encouraging, no matter your fitness goal or skill level. Our community is comprised of a diverse group of like-minded people who want to come in, get a great training session, and most of all, look and feel great.

Instructor Led Classes

These classes are programmed by Coach Bill. Workouts are designed to accommodate beginners to the advanced athlete. All workouts can be infinitely modified making it safe and effective for everyone.

fundamentals

Fundamentals

A separate course based on a subjective number of one on one sessions. Depending on the individual’s level of competency, tolerance, physical limitations, past/present injuries, the client can choose to either join instructor led classes or further gain confidence in movement by adding more personal training sessions. Advanced athletes may only need one session to show confidence and competence of movement; whereas beginners may need twelve or more sessions before moving on to instructor led classes.

Open Gym

Hours that operate outside of normal Instructor-Led Classes are considered hours for open gym. We encourage members to use this time to hone their skills. There will always be a staff member present to provide assistance.
